It all started when...
...Fonterra Food Services wanted to create a recipe book to show off their grand range of dairy products to established cafes around New Zealand. The book introduced salivating recipes from renown chef Marcus Karel Braun as well as new up and coming products Fonterra had to offer.
With that objective in mind, I took inspiration from New Zealand art, watercolours, and luxurious styles that cafe's around New Zealand would appreciate and fused it into the creative direction in this recipe book.
This completed recipe was printed, matte laminated with UV gloss and complimented with gold printed borders through every page and was very well received.
